Not sure what this was recorded with, but when I've seen him live or in video's of live performances he used Peavey's. That's not what this recording sounds like though. I just found another video of him doing the song with Johnny Cash, and Tony's using a BF Super Reverb.

If I had to guess, I'd say Twin Reverb. The Maestro Boomerang is what he used (and still uses) for wah.
