I bought my JP6 in August, and my Silo came earlier this month. But This is what I really was aiming at for a while now. (Might sell the Silhouette)

a 20th anniversary Silhouette.

There's a huge chunk of mahoganyas a tone block at the tail end. The body is alder with a flamed maple top. The trem is nice, and the compensated nut is good.






Unusually dynamic sounding guitar. The tone is very fluid, and I think the pups are low output. Really nice!!!

Apparently less than 500 were made worldwide.

I tested this thing at a jam session. It rocks... very versatile. great tones, and very controllable. I suddenly sounded like an old experienced guy rather than an young metal shredder... whahaha... no gain, low gain, mid gain and high gain, this one sounds better than almost anything I've played. And the humbucker at this position is strange. No quite a full LP tone, but somewhere in between a strat and an LP. full but spanky. Not sure what to make of it...

But I'm glad I bought this one...
