Recommendations for tube amp design text?

Hi,
I've been building a scratch built amp, mostly from piecing together cook book designs and modifying them here and there.

I would really like to get some of the design theory and math (load lines, etc.) from an authoritative source, so can anyone recommend a good tube amp design book that is currently in print?

Thanks for that link. Just skimming it, that's pretty thorough from a theory point of view. I'm going to look at that in more detail this weekend.

Now if I can find a practical guide to SE and PP design ...
