    What pedal do I need?

Hi, I have 2 guitars, a Fender American Telecaster Deluxe, and a Fender Jazzmaster MIA Reissue.

I have a princeton reverb and an external can for this, 2 x 12.

In general the Jazzmaster has a little more trebel, and the telecaster sound a little flabby , not good, with the bass strings.

What pedal can help me? An eq? a compressor?

Can you tell me with brand is good, im new in to pedal, i willing to pay around 100 bucks a pedal used

    thanks

An eq pedal will help for sure. I am partial to the mxr 18v one myself and you should be able to score it for around what you are willing to spend.

Be sure your pickups' heights are adjusted properly, too!

Like refried says, adjust your pickup heights first (start with them low and adjust slightly higher and higher until you get a good sound. Some people like to have the bass side of the pickup slanted a bit lower than the treble side.) It's just a simple turn of a screw.
Next, adjust the controls on your amp. You may need different settings for different guitars.

A compressor is probably not what you need.

    ok thanks?

If im getting not good and define bass from the telecaster shoul I

lower the bass side or move up the treble side

    the same for the jazz

move the treble down or the bass up

    thanks
