    Fender Highway One Jazz Bass

Hello, Im new to this forum and I would like some advice on the Highway one Jazz Bass.

I've been looking at the new ones with the badass bridge upgrade and would like to here some reviews.

Also whats the best finish for these?

I've got one--love it! Don't know too much about the specks, or if it has an upgrade bridge (it's a 2006). It's got a pointed bright sound when I need it and a warm, soft tone when I want that. Nice range of tones. I can't compare it to many other basses, but it works great for the rock stuff I play--Zepellin, Hendrix, classic rock, some funk and groove. Mine has the satin sunburst finish that seems to be wearing well compared to others that say it's thin and can peel off in time--not on mine. I replaced the pickguard w/ a tortoise. It's a beauty.
