If it was a jazz combo, I'd have went with Testiculos, definitely.
My good buddy's from Colombia. He used to say he learned his first common American colloquialisms by watching South Park. I think that's where he got, "Oh, man. That sucks donkey balls."
So my media culo translation of that was (at least up to now) pelotas del burro.
The balls of just one donkey.
I doubt you'd hear a reputable bi-lingual veteranarian put it that way, but I still think it describes an unpleasant circustance in a fun and colorful way.
Oh, I suppose I could get used to huevos. But after all these years, pelotas del burro has sentimental value.
