It's not a vintage Fender. It's a 90's ToneMaster.
Fender Electric Instrument Company (FEI - Pre-CBS) mainly used Jensen, CTS (Chicago Telephone Supply) and Oxford (now Pyle) - US manufacturers, for their amplifiers. They also used mainly RCA (Radio Corporation of America), Tung-Sol and GE tubes.
Marshall, Hiwatt, Vox, Orange, etc. used their domestic suppliers, Celestion Fane, Goodmans, etc. Similarly they used UK tube suppliers, Mullard, M-O (Marconi-Osram) Valve, Brimar...
