Is it possible to put the neck of 12 string strat on a diffrent fender body? Either jaguar or jazzmaster. Swapping bridges etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated before I attempt to wreck two beautiful guitars!

The scale length is the same on the Strat and Jazzmaster, so in theory it's possible. But you'll also run into a world of trouble finding a suitable bridge.
It won't work with a Jaguar...the scale is much shorter.

A cool project might be to use that neck on a blank Tele body (off of eBay) and put in a Danelectro 12 string top mount bridge. AllParts sells them (part number SB_5328-010) or relocate the hardtail bridge from your 12-String Strat onto a double humbucker (Custom or Double Fat Thinline) Tele body...you'd have to drill some extra string holes of course. Yea, in fact, you could rig up a Thinline with a couple of TV Jones TV Trons and get sort of a Gretschy/Rickenbacker vibe to it.
Could the bridge of the strat not be fixed onto the jazzmaster somehow? I know the 6 string bridge is totally diffrent shape but using the parts off the strat and drill more holes?
Not easily. You'd have to fill the JM's trem cavity.Could the bridge of the strat not be fixed onto the jazzmaster somehow? I know the 6 string bridge is totally diffrent shape but using the parts off the strat and drill more holes?
It would probably be easier to modify some other type of 12 string bridge to fit.
