    jazzmaster bridge height adjustment

My Reissue MIA Jazzmaster bridge keeps dropping in height after a day or two of use (Resulting in fret and bridge buzz/twang). It's been like this since I got it. I can easily fix it by raising the upper and lower bridge hex adjustments to their proper height, but they don't hold their heights for very long (probably since it is so easy to adjust).

Does anybody have any solutions for keeping the bridge at the correct height (without modding or damaging the guitar). Right now I just pull out my feeler guages and spec it before I start playing, but it's kind of annoying to have to do all the time.

A drop of clear fingernail polish will work too.
