I hear he's been working on his speed. Lord have mercy.
Uhm, I'll bet Jan's has fire extinguishers. You'd best brush up on your hammeronandoffs, Scott.

All the Mark's are comin'! There's dancin' that night!

Blue Frogs and Fezz and Williams, Et Al could charter a flight. I'll pick 'em up on my way in. Sacto airport's on my way, compadres.

I am very much looking forward to this jam. Bobcat did a great job in organizing. This should be the best one yet.

It's too cold without you dear
    But what's really killing me
This bed is even colder when you're here."

I miss you when your leaving,
Miss you more when you are gone
Yet when you're laying right beside me
    I feel I'm all alone

We've been plugged by The Eagle rock radio station and KNCI New Country will be plugging us next week. We're up for a big one.

Welp, airfare is $600 from Connecticut ( with two stops!) so that definitely leaves me out. This looks like it's going to be a great jam, and I even managaed to get a couple quick assignments in the area to help offset the cost, but the greedy airlines are killing me! The 28th is just too close to the holiday. Oh well, maybe next time.

Annie, Petra and Leslie will be doing Here For The Party, Heaven, My Baby Loves Me and Hotel California. How about sending me some that you would like to sing. Artist, lyrics and chords please.

Sometime Monday I should have our play list up on www.fireridge.org

Basic shlock... A bluz, A boogie, A ballad stuff you know. Don't know the key til I see what my voice is up to. Maybe "Jambalya" slowed down a lot with Mark. I'll be there for the scene, mostly. (won't be hurt if my time doesn't come.)

Your time will come. Remember our motto "Everybody plays". Also you can pick something out of our cheat book (about 100 songs).

And yes we will be taking lots of pics.

Man people bailing on us. bobcat has been planning this for a long time with ample notice. I am saddened by the turn of events, but I am still positive that it will be one hell of a jam.

threw a party and no-one came.

We had a great jam today. lots of people and musicians. food drinks the works.

We raised a whole bunch of toys for the kids, the Marines were standing by to take them.

Music was sounding real good. Unfortunately, the only TFFer's there were in the host band. No-one else showed up.

    Maybe next time.

Glad to hear you had a fine time and did a good deed. (lotsa things goin' on when holidays, 4-day weekends & birthdays appear, amigo) Plus driving home on that particular Sunday would have been hell on wheels. Literally. *smooch*

Let's aim for an after the holidays winter doldrums jam? Think about it, okay?

I think the date ahd something to do with it. I know I would have been therte if the airfare wasn't over $600. Not to mention that people seem to just lose their minds this time of year and think they have an incredible amount of things to do and that this "holiday drive" has to take precedence over everything. Strange. Anyway, have another jam that is not on a holiday weekend and I'm sure attendance will improve. Sounds like y'all had a good time just the same.
