FerraGlides ? What you guys think ?

I just bought them off ebay, lets hope that solves my non stop snapping strings

I have the simple black ones and I only change strings now cuz they get old. They don't break :)

honestly, I couldn't tell
but you could find alot of people who can. Some actually found it a blessing for their overly bright guitars, some hated it with a passion.
For me its all convenience, strings don't break on me.

I have been playing since 1966 had 1 string break on all the guitars I have ever owned or played and it came unwound at the ball end a defective string.

I dont use a pick play with fingers maybe thats why.

I too have broken maybe 2 strings. I play with young guys (acoustic) who break a string every practise. I put it down to strumming style. Robert Cray was using what appeared to be black GraphTec saddles on his sunburst strat at Crossroads. Tone was great. Pretty sure the Ferraglides would sound good too.
