they can kill ya, but they can't eat ya.
I believe they are 10/32. That is the size I use when installing brass neck inserts. E-mail him to check
thanks,,,i have mailed him,,but he can be hard to reach.

I've heard/read that he can be REAL difficult to get a hold of.
I'd take the neck to a hardware store or Home Depot and gently test-fit some screws. You $hould $ave $ignificant greenback$.

that's step #2,,,i had some inserts and machine screws i was thinking of doing myself,,,and it seemed they were 10 24 machine screws...but they may have been 10 32...i can't find them. but ace hardware has them in stainless steel for a buck or so apiece, and they're bugle heads too.
jay used to have this delightful older lady working for him, she was very easy to contact and always spot on with info...wonder if she's still there?

Good luck contacting Jay....these days he's become almost invisible...

Anybody who sends that asshole money after all the bullshit he's pulled should be shot for terminal stupidity.
Damn.............that was a little harsh. But, on the flip side, I understand if you were one of the people who had problems with him. He had some good product, just could not keep a business going......or his promises.
nevermind...
I bought some good stuff from the guy way back when he was still "respectable" as a company, and he came through in flying colors. However, alot of friends of mine have been burned by him lately so I guess his reputation has gone over the deep end....

Where have you seen stainless steel bugle head screws? I'd like to find some for amp building. Unless you're actually referring to oval head?Originally Posted by lasher

I'm quite sure they are 10-24. I bought a bag of 50 of them from a fastener supplier.
