    Trying to find out about my Strat

    I bought a Strat on E-bay.It is from 95.The second tone switch seems to click when I go past about 4.What is that for?Also,what type of pickups might they be?A few people who have tried this guitar say it is a "player".It sounds hotter than others I have played.It is black with maple neck.I love this guitar and would like to know more about it.

    The click in the tone control sounds like it might be a TBX Control. Look on www.mrgearhead.com and you should be able to find a lot of information about your guitar.

    Having the serial number handy will be very helpful.
