I have a 65 Mustang in for a new nut and a setup, the owner says its worth more than that 1960 Start I worked on last year. What do you guys think?

I think ten 1965 Mustangs wouldn't be worth what a 1960 Strat commands.
:biglaugh:
But that's just me.
Well I know the start is worth about 15 grand because some original parts wore out and were changed. I'm thinking about 8-10 grand on the mustang?
I've seen nice unmolested Mustangs in their original HSC listed on Ebay for two grand and less.
I haven't checked out the "Mustang market" (lol) in awhile, but I'd wager you'd be lucky to find someone to give you $1.5K.
It'd need a 289 in it to pull $10K. :)
The owner's not living in the real world!
Ok, good to know. I had a feeling it was not worth that much. Still has good value, just not as much as a 1960 Strat!
